Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary To enter, pleased fill in the form provided online here.  All entries must be received by June 30, 2004. Only one entry allowed per person. Cunningham Services is not responsible for loss, late, illegible or misdirected communications. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the these official rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters.
2. Prize:: Grand Prize Winner will receive accommodations for up to 2 people for a 6 days/ 5 nights stay in a fully furnished room at a deluxe resort in St. Martin and round trip airfare. (Approximate retail value of prize: $5,000.00)  All travel expenses, including ground transportation and automobile/  ferry passes to and from destination and other expenses during the 6 day stay are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/ her travel companion. The grand prize shall be takes at a time as shall be designated by Cunningham Services.
3. Drawing: Winners will e selected from among all valid entries received by June 30, 2004. The drawing will be conducted b an independent judging agency on or around July 8, 2004. Winners will be contacted via telephone. Odds of winning determined by the total number of valid entries received.
4. Eligibility:  Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or otherwise. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility. Grand prize is not transferable. Grand prize winner is required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability. All travel companions are required to complete a Travel Release. (Both parents or legal guardian(s) are required to complete a Travel Release for any minor who will be a travel companion of the winner.) The winners must return their affidavits at least 10 days prior to the start of their trip. If a Grand Prize Winner does not return his/her Affidavits within the time period specified, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Winner will be notified by telephone. No transfer or assignment of grand prize permitted and the cash equivalent of the grand prize will not be substituted. Entry constitutes winner’s permission to use their name, photograph and/ or voice recordings for publicity without additional compensation or permission except where prohibited by law.
5. Winner’s List: For a copy of the Winner’s List, please send an email to info@cunninghamservices.com by August 30, 2004.
6. Release of Liability: All entrants release The Cunningham Group, Inc. and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, damages or loss. Winners will be responsible for damage to the premises for the 6 days stay. Cunningham not responsible for the prize quality or utility, force majeure or any other activity outside of Cunningham’s control which prevents winner from taking trip. Trip must be taken within one year or is void. Cunningham may withdraw this sweepstakes/ offer at any time if in it’s sole and exclusive judgment, circumstances exist which it deems necessitates such withdrawal.
